Ranch Overnighter
An enriching experience for everyone, bringing your class closer to
nature and with themselves. The reputable Circle F Ranch was founded
by the Fischbach family in 1952 and functions primarily as a summer
camp. During this time they have earned outstanding reputation for
their dedication in teaching our youth self-esteem, self-confidence,
responsibility, cooperation with others, appreciation of nature and
good social skills.
The camp is modern and has sanitary conveniences in all bunkhouses, each unit housing 10-12
persons. There are separate sleeping quarters for boys and girls.
Participants provide their own linens for the double decked beds. Three meals are served
family style in an attractive ranch-style dining room.
The program consists of a 1 hour horseback riding session on extremely
docile and well trained horses. A camp fire sing-along and
marshmallow roast is the evening's highlight.
Professional leadership will be provided for the horseback riding and campfire program.
However, chaperones are responsible to supervise all other
"planned" activities such as swimming, canoeing, softball,
soccer, skating (bring your own skates), basketball and tennis. A
minimum of 1 chaperone per 10 children is mandatory, however, more
are encouraged to participate.
This program is limited to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades only! It is a perfect combination with
any Orlando Theme Park especially with
any if the Disney Educational Youth Programs.
